Welcome to the "Linking Children with Families" Web page. This page is a cooperative effort between the South Carolina Department of Social Services and the SC Council on Adoptable Children. It's purpose is to encourage adoption, especially the adoption of children with special needs. Before you go further, we ask that you read this brief but important message.

Please honor the privacy needs of the children on these pages. If you see a child whom you know, don't approach the child with questions regarding adoption or other status with DSS. Instead, call us at the numbers referenced for the child(ren) in question or return the interest form.
